What’s the Process for Working Together?
You’ve reached out, gotten in touch, made first contact (but without the aliens). OK, so…now what? What exactly is the process you can expect when you contact me about Brand Strategy?
Consultation: After your first inquiry, I’ll get in touch and we’ll schedule a quick intro call. This will allow me to get a preliminary idea of your business, what you need, etc.
Contract: After the consult, if we both decide it’s a good fit (yay!) and choose to move forward, I’ll send over a contract for you to sign. Typically, a 50% deposit is due before the start of the project, and the 50% balance after completion and prior to delivery of your project.
Branding Workshop: The fun part! We’ll schedule a time to meet (via Zoom/Google Meet or in person if you’re in North Central MA) - whatever works best for you and your busy schedule - and begin our Brand Genesis Workshop*. The length of this varies, but typically runs from 3-6 hours, and can be done over 1-2 days depending on scheduling.
Execution: Once your workshop is complete, I’ll get to work on any deliverables you’re expecting. I will keep you updated and informed on progress, and you can reach out to me anytime with questions, comments, coffee…
Revisions and Approval: At this stage, you and I will review the deliverables, and I’ll make any revisions and adjustments needed, per the agreement.
Delivery and Happiness: After you’ve approved all the assets and other deliverables, we’re done! We’re happy! Your business will have new life breathed into it (or, if you’re brand new, life…period), and you’ll ride that excited momentum into a wonderful, successful future.
